This is just a quick & dirty, but I found a list of people discussing the BC&SL release -apparently they must’ve gotten their hands on a pre-release or some illegal download- and stumbled upon this list:

So far, the list seems to be accurate -though dated 5/20/09. I really want to listen to the King Crimson cover though. And if you read that forum thread, nevermind the DT bash-fest.
