Enterprise Single Sign On Solutions from the Open Source Community

I’ve been searching around for alternatives to Computer Associates Netegrity / Siteminder. In particular, cross platform solution that provide identity management, LDAP / Directory integration, cross-platform (i.e. nix & Win) support and ideally web & native application integration or APIs. So far, I’ve come out empty handed. Are there any recommendations out there?
