Thanks so much!
I too have seen and ignored that message for years, but dbca has only failed on 10gR2 64-bit on RHEL5, for me anyways! 32-bit systems have never been problematic.

Thanks!

I too have seen the message and ignored is as something trivial.

XMing on SourceForge shows a big button Download now, there is no mention that the installation package is incomplete and requires additional fonts.

A Man Of Science, your a [insert 4 letter word, describing sexual preference] <-- Sorry, let's keep it semi-civil.

What Fred/ Miguel said was 2 rotors with "6" faces between the two of them.... = 1 rotor having 3 faces.

Your rudeness will not get you anywhere... I do hope you understand that you have just made yourself look like a total twat for ever.....haha....Pathetic.....

Dear friend,
In my country the goverment have change the regulations about rx7 & rx8 and make it to be from 1.3L engines to 2.6L engines. this happened so the road tax to be very expensive and a lot of people more than 300 owners of rotaries complaining for this changing.
If you have something that prooves about rx 7 & 8 that are 1.3L cc and not 2.6L please contact me.
Thank you for your time

Hey Kincy! For some odd reason avoiding the PK didn't cut it for me. I had to call in and pretty much yell at Microsoft to get things done. I miss the days when I could call in through the Enterprise Support group and get things done quickly. As a consumer, Microsoft customer service is pretty clueless and, in my opinion, no use at all.

Hey Peter, sorry you had to learn about this the long & hard way. The good news is, if you are not tied to the latest release of CentOS, you can give it a shot on an earlier release making sure you don't YUM the base glibc library. Or you could try to downgrade it -in my opinion, that's too painful a pill to swallow.

Or as a last resort, if you are using this for a non-prod environment or at home, Fedora Core 10 -which I ended up with on my current lab setup. It's not the ideal solution, but a base, barebones install will get you through with a decent amount of performance and bang for the buck.

I've since pushed up my lab server to 8GB of RAM and have been running up to 7 VM's simultaneously without much of an impact. Let me know how it goes for you and how you decide to tackle it.
